Villa Yeyu

Villa Yeyu is conveniently located north of the Ubud area. The center of Ubud, is only 2.3 miles (3.7km) away and can be reached by car within 7 minutes. The drive through the rice paddies from and to the Ubud main road is beautiful by itself. The scenic and quiet villa location is surrounded by beautiful rice fields and coconut groves. The house is set back from the quiet local road in the midst of rice paddies. From a private two car parking space a small paved walkway leads about 40 yards through the rice fields to the villa location. The property is walled in and accessible through two beautiful antique doorways. The back yard features tropical garden and rice paddie views. The property sweeps down to a small stream and has many fully grown coconut trees. The views of undisturbed tropical nature continue on the opposite side of the rice field stream. Beautiful nature walks can be started right from the villa. Many good restaurants as well as grocery shopping, galleries, Internet cafes can be found right on entering the Ubud Main road. A convenient and cheap taxi service on call was established by the villa owner to provide our guests with easy access to town.

Kitchen:
1 full kitchen, cooking utensils, cutleries and tableware, refrigerator, oven toaster, blender, two range gas oven. 1 kitchen with small two top range, fridge, utensils.

Laundry room. For linens only. If requested our maid brings your personal laundry to the local laundry for extra cost (costs are minor).

Rolling rice fields. Coconut groves. Nature and garden all around.

Location:
Very convenient, 2.3 miles (3.7 km) from Ubud central.

Staff:
1 maid, working 6 days a week from 8 – 12. She takes care of cleaning the house, preparing breakfast with your supply (first initial breakfast is included), does laundry of the bed sheets. Eating out in Bali is very convenient and relatively inexpensive. There is a huge selection of restaurants for those leisurely lunches and dinners, within a seven minute driving distance. The garden and the pool are fully maintained. Our home does not feature a lobby to call, but our house manager is on call for special needs/ emergency requests. Minor requests are handled by our maid.

Security:
The property is walled in from three sides. Electronic keypad safety box available. Two fire extinguishers on site.
