Villa Sepi

Welcome to Villa Sepi. Villa Sepi is a unique Balinese villa offering luxury Bali villa accommodation. The villa can accommodate up to six people in style and comfort and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a special Bali holiday in your own private villa.

The villa consists of a main building with a large verandah and observation deck overlooking the river. It has a large master bed room with study en suite and two guest bedrooms with sliding doors opening up to the southern lawn garden. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The main living room is large, comfortable and light.The unique kitchen and dining area is separate from the main villa and you can enjoy your meals overlooking the gardens and swimming pool, or, at your own election, on the observation desk.

Around the villa nature is strong and generous, the swimming pool is surrounded by jungle and tropical birds. The garden is sunny and warm during the day and cool at night, at any time you may see monkeys, kingfishers and monitor lizards.

The villa is made from volcanic stone, tropical hardwoods and pink marble. The verandah crosses the quiet rooms to the salon where you can enjoy views over the jungle or rice fields and a delicious cool breeze from the river.

The master bedroom upstairs has a comfortable, private verandah overlooking the gardens and the swimming pool. From there you can see over the jungle and rice terraces all the way to Gunung Agung volcano.

Villa Sepi can easily accommodate up to seven people and the villa is a very comfortable, private Bali holiday option for a large family or a group of friends.

Villa Facilities

Swimming pool

Set in the beautiful tropical garden and surrounded by jungle the swimming pool is lined with green stone. The pool is 10 metres long, 6 metres wide and 1.6 metres deep with two shallow areas for safety. There are six deck chairs, one large table and chairs with a sun umbrella suitable for meals by the pool and two side tables on the large white stone pool deck, pool towels are supplied.

The Dining Area, Bar & Kitchen

The unique kitchen and dining area is located in a separate building overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. The dining area contains a large main dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, electric oven with grill, electric and gas heated cooking plates, a double sink and a food preparation area and central carving block.

The Main Salon

The main salon doubles has a day bed and opens onto a terrace cum observation deck overlooking the river.

The Bedrooms

The villa has three dedicated bedrooms and the main salon can also be used as a bedroom. The large master bedroom upstairs has a private terrace, an en suite study and double bathroom and teakwood furniture. The two downstairs bedrooms open onto the main veranda and deck, are fully air-conditioned. All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and equipped with spring mattresses.

The Bathrooms & Laundry

There are three bathrooms in the villa, two with a bath. The bathrooms are fully equipped with bath towels, face cloths, etc.

There is a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and ironing facilities. Laundry service is available.

Other Inclusions

Villa Sepi has a range of facilities that are too numerous to mention but include a small library of books in English and French, a selection of music, various musical instruments and a chess set on a table overlooking the river. The sheets are custom made and embroidered, there is a recycling program, a fish pond with lotus flowers, this is a fully equipped villa, it has everything you need.

Services

Villa Sepi offers a wide range of Asian and Western cuisine at reasonable prices. If you want to organise your own food the cook can pepare either Indonesian or Western meals and will do the shopping on request

There are many services available in the local area, the staff can arrange for Balinese massage at home or outside, there is video rental available in Ubud and a wide range of take away meals are available nearby. The staff can arrange for car or motorcycle rental and just about anything you need.

The Staff

There are three Balinese staff employed at Villa Sepi, there is a house keeper/pool attendant and a cook employed full time plus a security guard is on duty in the evening.
