Bevilla+Seaside brings together nine villas with alang alang grass roofs around a private pools. Ranging from circular structures with pitched roofs to the local lumbung style pavilions (traditionally used for storing rice) with their high, curved ceilings bvilla+Seaside will provide a scenic setting to set your mind to rest. White palimanan stone and river stones contrast with manicured lawns and tropical flora giving the villas their unique character that sets them part.

Your one bedroom villa at Bevilla+Seaside offers the perfect intimate escape on a quiet and idyllic Seminyak back street, within easy walking distance of the beaches, boutiques and restaurants of Bali’s most famous resort district. The villa occupies a total of 270 square meters of space and is characterised by contemporary pavilions clad in white native palimanan stone with indigenous alang-alang grass roofs, set in verdant tropical gardens. Your fully air-conditioned bedroom is set within a whimsical circular pavilion and features a luxurious queen sized bed, hardwood furnishings, cable TV and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. Step out and you will find yourself in a tranquil garden courtyard with private pool and deck set with comfy day beds. The living and dining area, set in a separate pavilion, include a fully equipped kitchen, audiovisual system and banquette upholstered with colourful cushions. Two Bedroom Villa

Bevilla+Seaside’s two bedroom villas offer 380 square metres of space, with high, pitched ceilings throughout, teak parquet and terrazzo floors, manicured green lawns and private pool bordered by decks set with sun lounges. The open plan living and dining area, flanked by the two bedrooms, features cable TV and stereo system and is fitted with comfortable banquettes and hardwood furnishings.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect if you wish to entertain and our staff are on hand as well to help with any catering needs. Each fully air conditioned bedroom bedroom includes a queen size bed, cable television and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. Three Bedroom Villa

Inspired by the traditional Balinese garden courtyard style of abode, The three bedroom villa occupies 520 square meters of space and features separate pavilions ranged around a central pool. In addition to the main abode which houses the open plan living and dining area together with two bedrooms, there is a separate living pavilion for the third bedroom. A unique wooden mezzanine in the main abode offers a perfect area for private relaxation, complete with traditional Javanese day bed. The pool is big enough to complete a few laps, while traditional garden furnishings and sun lounges offer opportunities for sun bathing in the garden.

The three bedroom villa features audiovisual system in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and queen size beds and cable TV in the fully air-conditioned bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. CDs, DVDs and special foods can be provided on request subject to availability.

Five Bedroom Villa

The five bedroom villa is grand residence, featuring four separate pavilions and five bedrooms, with three additional day beds in the mezzaine spaces. In all there is 850 squre metres of space making this the perfect residence for families and large groups of up to 10 people. The five bedroom villa functions as a stand-alone, while offering privacy with its separate pavilions all ranged around the central pool, in the typical style of the Balinese garden compound.

Each fully air-conditioned bedroom features a luxurious queen size bed and cable TV and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. The expansive tropical gardens allow visitors to find their own private space, while the best boutiques, restaurants and beaches in Seminyak are just a short walk away.
