Villa Atkinson I & II are 2 separate stunning 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Villas. Bedrooms - 3 Bedroom villa
Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom, king size beds with King Koil mattresses, 2HP Aircon unit, Fan, 32” LCD/HD/TV/DVD and Electronic Safety Box. The downstairs bedroom opens onto the pool and the 2 upstairs bedrooms have wonderful views to the ocean.

Bedrooms - 4 Bedroom villa
There are 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds that have King Koil mattresses, 32" LCD/HD TVs with DVD players and ensuites. The 3rd bedroom has a King Size bed and shares ensuite with the 4th bedroom. This 4th bedroom has a choice of 2x singles bed or 1 x king size bed. All bedrooms have 2HP air conditioners as well as fans. The downstairs bedroom opens onto the pool and the 3 upstairs bedrooms have wonderful views to the ocean. All bathrooms have safety boxes.

Living/Dining:
Open plan living is the key to these beautiful villas with each individual area overlooking the swimming pool. The Living Room has leather lounge suite, 42” LCD/HD/TV with home entertainment unit, and local works of art – Paintings and Stone Carvings compliment both the Living and Dining areas.

Kitchens
There are two kitchens in each Villa - The main kitchen has solid teak cabinets with granite benchtops and built in Stove Top, Oven and Microwave. The second kitchen is used to prepare meals and serve into the dining area when you decide to eat “at home”. Very unique and friendly

Location:
250 metres from the wonderful surf of Canggu’s Echo Beach with its restaurants and laid-back attitude. The sign in “The Beach House Restaurant” says “No Shoes – No Shirt – No Problem” and that about sums up the easy lifestyle that you will find in Bali. The Villas are only 7 kilometers from the major restaurant and shopping areas of Seminyak/Legian and with transport included you can go shopping and eating out knowing your car and driver will be waiting for you.
