All this awaits you at Alisa Villas. Use as a hideaway from the world, or as a base for exploring the beauty of the Balinese countryside and seaside. Alisa Villa offers the flexibility of staying in and cooking, ordering “take-out”, or strolling to one of the many nearby restaurants for a bite. A 25 minute taxi ride will take you further afield to sample the delights of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak.

Located within the traditional fishing village of Sanur, Alisa Villas is a tranquil paradise from which to enjoy all that Bali has to offer. Choose either a one or two bedroom villa, and prepare to relax! Each unique villa has an open plan living, dining and kitchen overlooking the pool and garden, under the cool breeze of an overhead fan. A few steps over “the bridge” takes you into an enclosed air-conditioned lounge area, and through to your spacious bedroom and bathroom.

Villa A

Is a two bedroom villa complete with living, dining and kitchen area, with private garden and pool. The Master Suite is furnished with a King Size bed,cable TV, DVD and CD stereo, and includes a comfortable air-conditioned, interior living area. A generously sized air-conditioned bedroom leads to a luxurious bathroom, equipped with shower and toilet cubicles, double sink vanity, set off by an opulent free-standing marble bathtub.

The Guest Suite is furnished with two King Singles, again with separate air-conditioned interior living area complete with Cable Tv, DVD and CD stereo. A separate bathroom adjoining the bedroom is equipped with a double vanity, and separate shower and toilet cubicles.

Villa B, C,D

Are one bedroom villas, also with living, dining and kitchen areas, with private garden and pool. A generously sized air-conditioned bedroom and interior lounge area leads to a luxurious bathroom, equipped with shower and toilet cubicles, double sink vanity, set off by an opulent free-standing marble bathtub.

Villa E

Is a two bedroom villa complete with living, dining and kitchen area, with private garden and pool. The Master Suite is furnished with a King Size bed, cable TV, DVD and CD stereo, and includes a comfortable air-conditioned, interior living area. A generously sized air-conditioned bedroom and interior lounge area leads to a luxurious bathroom, equipped with shower and toilet cubicles, double sink vanity, set off by an opulent free-standing marble bathtub. The Guest Suite is furnished with an air-conditioned King Size bed and separate bathroom equipped with shower and toilet cubicles, elegant vanity, complemented by a beautiful outdoor shower garden.

Service & Facilities

All villa kitchen are well-equipped so you can choose to shop for groceries and whip up dinner or lunch, or you can request the services of a chef to cook in-villa for you. Alternatively, you may prefer to simply call a taxi and be taken to one of the many great restaurants in Sanur, or further afield. Sanur’s main street and beach is just an easy walk away, or for trips further afield you can book a taxi, or a car and driver. Your continental breakfast will be delivered each morning at the time you request. Menus from a selection of local restaurants are in each villa should you opt for “take out” at any time. The villa will be serviced daily by your house staff, who are there to help you in any way possible. They will take care of all routine work such as cleaning your villa, washing dishes, changing linen and towels, tidying your garden and maintaining your pool, etc. They are very discreet, and you will rarely notice their presence.

Reception is generally open during normal hours, and at other times according to check-in and check-out requirements. A growing DVD and book library is available for your use. From dusk till dawn, a dedicated Security Guard is on-site to ensure your safety at all times. A room safe is available in each villa for storage of valuable items and travel documents. Cable TV, CD stereo, and DVD Player are available in each villa, and there is complimentary Wi-Fi available for your laptop. We offer a range of additional packages to make your arrival and your holiday hassle-free. From “Duty Free Pack” and “Kitchen Staples Pack”, to “Breakfast Upgrade Pack” and “Gourmet Dining”.
